Can't get to verify my business account. The link disappeared before I do it. Any help
Closing this account hold my money cannot use it they pause my account after year am going with high Street banks get better service there is very poor service with tide I do not recommend it 😑
Useless app can't scan my ID, customer services no help. So I'm unable to open an account! Well done.
Easy to set up, although they needed clarification on my i/d - fair enough. Accepts payments easily. Only my 1st day but so far so good!

Tide app is rubbish you have to keep downloading the app every year.
Very slow support via app chat, i mean by hours, days, sometimes no response. Sometimes language is of poor standard.
